Menachem Cohen, President and CEO
Menachem is the co-founder, President and CEO of RADLIVE. Prior to RADLIVE, Menachem was the President and CEO of Mercado software for 8 years. Before that Menachem was an Executive VP at Taldor, one of Israel's leading system integrators, and VP R&D in RUN, a RAD-Bynet company, which provided communication products. Menachem holds B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in mathematics and computer science from the Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

Ofer Milstein, VP Marketing & Product Management
Ofer brings to RADLIVE years of experience in marketing, general management, and R&D management. Before RADLIVE, Ofer was the VP Marketing & Product Management in Mercado Software. Prior to that, he was 12 years with Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT), where he served in several executive capacities, including general manager of business units, product lines and divisional marketing. Before Applied Materials, Ofer was responsible to all the C3 systems in the Israeli Navy. Ofer holds a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering (summa cum laude) from the Technion, Israel, and an MBA degree from the Boston University.

Dr. Eli Tzirkel, CTO
Eli holds a PhD in signal processing from Cambridge University, England, and brings to RADLIVE 15 years experience in speech and audio signal processing in the UK and Israel. Eli was the key scientist at Canon Audio in the UK, a Canon company who developed wide imaging stereo loudspeakers. Later he set up the speech-processing group at Canon Research Europe, based in the UK. In Israel Eli lead the technology division of Phonetic Systems, a speech recognition company recently acquired by Nuance.

Zohar Zisapel, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Zohar Zisapel, a co-founder of RADLIVE, has served as RADLIVE's Chairman of the Board since its inception. Mr. Zisapel is also a founder and a director of RAD Data Communications Ltd., for which he currently serves as Chairman of the Board and served as President from 1982 to 1997. Mr. Zisapel is a director of other public companies including: Verisity Ltd., RADVision Ltd., and Ceragon Ltd. Mr. Zisapel previously served as Head of the Electronics Research Department in the Israeli Ministry of Defense. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Zisapel served as Chairman of the Israel Association of Electronic Industries. He received the Israel Defense Prize in 1979. In 1994 he was honored with both the Israel Export Award and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and in 1996 he received the Hugo Raminceanu Award for Economics. Mr. Zisapel has a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Technion and an M.B.A. degree from Tel Aviv University.

Yair Cohen, Director
Yair Cohen joined Elron as Vice President in July 2005 bringing to Elron extensive experience in the fields of communications and IT, after serving as Brigadier General in the central military intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). He headed the IDF's 8200 Unit, responsible of developing state-of-the-art technology, and one of the largest, most complex technology organizations in Israel. Mr. Cohen serves as a director at several of Elron's group companies including Starling, Safend, RDC, Atlantium and 3DV Systems. In addition, Mr. Cohen serves as the Chairman of ECtel. Mr. Cohen holds a BA in History and Arabic (summa cum laude) from the Bar-Ilan University, Israel, and an MA in Management of National Resources (summa cum laude) from the Industrial College (NDU), Washington D.C., US.

Yossi Sela, Director
Yossi Sela joined Gemini in 1993, and became Managing Partner in 1998. He sits on the board of a number of Gemini portfolio companies, including Allot, IXI Mobile, Mirage, and Saifun. His past board positions include CommTouch, Precise and Envara. In 1995 he served as the interim CEO of Ornet Data Communication Technologies Ltd. Mr. Sela's previous positions included VP Marketing at DSP Group, Director for CAD development and PCB Marketing Manager (Europe) at Daisy Systems Inc., and Major (ret.) in the Israeli Defense Forces responsible for the definition and development of communication systems. Mr. Sela holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.

Yehuda Zisapel, Director
Mr. Yehuda Zisapel is a co-founder of RADLIVE. Zisapel is also a founder and a director of RAD Data Communications Ltd. ("RAD"), a leading worldwide data communications company headquartered in Israel, Bynet Data Communications Ltd. ("BYNET") and its subsidiaries, and a director of Silicom Ltd. ("Silicom"), RADCOM Ltd. ("RADCOM") and other companies in the RAD-BYNET Group and other unaffiliated companies. Mr. Zisapel has a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology ("Technion") and an M.B.A. degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
