  • 5 years experience in developing signal processing algorithms.

    RT/EM Software Engineer (#2024)

    Responsibilities
     
  • Perform software development.
  • Write design documents.

    • Skills
     
  • Good system overview.

    • Technical experience
     
  • Electrical engineering, computer science or a close area (mandatory)
  • Experience in C & C++ programming (mandatory).
  • Experience in RT/EM programming under a RTOS (an advantage).
  • Experience in WinCE / Windows Mobile (an advantage).
  • Experience in Windows programming (an advantage).
  • Experience in networking (an advantage).
  • DSP development (an advantage).
  • Driver development (an advantage).
  • Knowledge in VoIP (an advantage).
  • Knowledge in web development (an advantage).

    Product Operations Manager (#2025)

    Responsibilities
     
  • Lead RADLIVE's manufacturing product engineering and NPI processes. Take
        the product from its development stage to mass production.
  • Establish and manage RADLIVE's product outsourced manufacturing process.
  • Provide DFM inputs into the product development process.
  • Build infrastructure for PDM, configuration control and BOM management.
  • Initiate and manage product cost reduction initiatives.
  • Initiate and manage production quality improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management and Sales.
  • Manage sub-contractors.

    • Skills
     
  • An operational mind with good technical abilities.
  • Excellent people management and communication.
  • Proven ablity to work independently, self-motivated.

    • Managerial experience
     
  • B.Sc. in industrial engineering or technical area. MBA an advantage.
  • 5 years of managing production processes, sub-contractors, logistics,
        certification processes.
  • Manufacturing of products combining hardware and software.
  • Manufacturing management of consumer products, an advantage.
  • Manufacturing management of communication and/or audio products,
        an advantage.
